How to use (2 minutes)

1. Log the trade when you plan it: ticker, direction, setup, entry, stop, target.
2. Close it out with the exit date and price. P/L, R, and the result compute instantly.
3. Grade it: did you follow your plan, Y or N? That one column exposes more than every other stat combined.
4. The first row in each table is a worked example. Overwrite it with your first real trade.

Reading your stats

• Hover under any column and choose Calculate: set P/L $ to Sum, R realized to Average, and Plan? to Percent checked. That last one is your discipline score; under 90% means the leak is the pilot, not the plan.
• Add grouped views (by Setup, by Result) to see which setups actually pay you.
• Options log at the position level: one row per spread, net debit per share to open (enter a credit received as a negative number), net per share at close, 0 if it expired worthless. Max risk is the premium paid for long options, or strike width minus credit times 100 times contracts for credit spreads.
